- Items must be received within 30 days of your original shipment date in unworn condition to be considered for credit.
- Items received after 30 days will incur repair charges and customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.
- Items that are marked "Sale", Personalized and special orders are not eligible for refund, returns, repairs, exchange or credit.
- If your RMA request is approved we will authorize RMA # and shipping instructions to process your claim.

Personalized Policy
- Once your personalized custom order has been submitted, we immediately begin to process your orders. Therefore, no changes/cancellations can be made.
- Items that are marked Personalized and special orders are not eligible for refund, returns, repairs, exchange or credit.
- Personalized items production lead time is up to 14 business days. Excludes weekends and holidays.
- CZ Personalized items production lead time is up to 5 weeks and not including the day the order is submitted. Excludes weekends and holidays.
- Special requests may take an additional 5-7 business days in addition to the production lead time. Subject to review and not guaranteed. Price may vary.
